Ayers Heath & Ayers Health & Rehabilitation Center began with a group of Individuals who believed our community should have a full spectrum of medical care services available. Ayers has now been a part of Trenton and the Gilchrist, Levy, Dixie and North West Alachua County Florida community since 1982. We believe being close to home with the support of family and community contributes to a person feeling better and healing faster.

Within our Center the employees, referred to as "partners," are carefully selected and help to enrich the lives of individuals here at Ayers. There is a responsibility placed on each partner to build relationships with the individual and their family, as well as with their respective team members.

Our partners also live in our local community and are like family members to some of the individuals in our care. Relationships like this help direct the "individual" centered aspect of care which promotes optimum dignity and healing. The Ayers professionals and partners are dedicated to helping the individual thrive while here.

Ayers Health & Rehabilitation Center has and continues to achieve its five star rating because our approach to personalized care has proven effective. We are highly experienced professionals and partners dedicated to the well being, personal growth and independence of the individual. Our code of ethics, as well as practices and procedures, guide every part of the facility and how all of us at Ayers act with integrity and respect to all.

As a licensed provider of skilled level rehabilitation services, Ayers is an excellent choice for most individual and group insurance programs. Staff members are available to assist you with arrangements when necessary.

The landscaping and exterior of Ayers makes an excellent lasting impression on individuals coming to visit or stay at our center. Additionally, central courtyards and gardens offer an inviting respite for individuals in Short Term Rehabilitation as well as long term individuals and their families.
