Our kind and compassionate social service staff have the answers to all of your admission questions. They are ready to assist you through the admission process. Tours are welcome and encouraged.
Ayers is the preferred choice and is a local five star Center in your community.
We Accept
Ayers Health and Rehabilitation Center accepts Medicare, Medicaid, VA, private pay, and many insurances and managed care payment sources. Individual stays can be for short-term rehabilitation, long term care, or respite care.
Admissions office hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
