Every year Ayers Health & Rehabilitation Center is rated on our services, care to patients, environment, patient leisure time and more.

Ayers is rated as a Five Star Facility, as determined by the federal government. This enables us to be one of the "America's Top Nursing Homes" as identified by US World News Report. This rating is measured by overall inspections, quality measures and staffing standards. We are very proud of this accomplishment which involves the performance of the Center at all levels of achievement.

Ayers Health & Rehabilitation Center has also earned the Center of the Year and Regional Center of the Year award for 2009 by Health Services Management. We are very proud of this accomplishment that involves the performance of the Center at all levels of achievement.

Our customer satisfaction scores are a critical area of our attention. We value the opinions of each individual and use the information shared to improve performance.

Individuals and families rated us at 95% overall and they feel that our partners display confidence in the care they provide, they treat people as individuals, are alert to problems and communicate with family members in an acceptable way.

Our partners are our most valuable asset! We feel that the loving relationship they provide is rewarding to the individual, as well as themselves. This is demonstrated in the impressive employee satisfaction rate of 87.16%. Our low turnover among employees leads to strong relationships developed between the employee and the individual in our care.
